I think the 140's with a flat-base will do fine in the CZ with 1/10" twist. Though I too would prefer a 1/7.7 or 1/8".
My Remington Mod-7 .260Rem has a 1/10" twist (measured...What was Remington thinking.... they weren't..).
It shoots 3-5" groups with 129gr SST's and won't consistently hit a 10"x18" target at 100yds with 140gr SST's.
However, it shoots well with 129gr and 140gr Hornady Interlok Soft-points (flat-base) and even better with 120gr and 140gr Speer's (my preference). It has even shot some sub-moa groups with the discontinued 160gr Sierra RNSpt's at 2,400fps (44.0gr RL22).
I've only recovered one 6.5 bullet from a deer. It was a ~170lb 8pt buck I shot in 2011 with 120gr Speer Hot-Core.
Range was ~90yds and deer was moving towards me at an angle. I hit him a tad bit too far back and bullet struck mid-ribcage and raked him rearwards and was lodged in pelvis near joint of hip on far side. About 26" of penetration and recovered bullet weighs 98.0gr... Classic mushroom and splendid performance.... This bullet/load shoots 2,800fps (20"bbl) and 5-shots to ~0.75" (47.0gr RL22, or 43.5gr H4350).
CZ with 1/10" twist may or may not shoot accurately with the 140gr BTSpt. My rifle shoots "ok" with the PrviPartisan 139gr Semi-Pt'd boat-tails... Good enough to hunt with and is cheapest available "hunting" bullet in 6.5 (Graf's.com).
Either the Speer 120gr or 140gr will "do" (quite well!) for deer and 140's for elk...
The Hornady 129gr I used to make the longest shot I've ever made on a deer; 478yds in 2011... but I didn't find the deer till after the coyotes and buzzards had... no blood trail due to high lung hit and small exit wound...
I can't speak for how well the 140gr Nosler would do accuracy wise. They're just too expensive to take a chance on and really, not needed in the 6.5's... even the .264mag will do well with the 140gr Hornady and Speer...
My youngest daughter killed her first deer with the .260 out the kitchen window. 78yds with 140gr Speer on Christmas day, 2011. Broke the spine with 1" diameter exit wound... DRT... She said she didn't even feel the recoil... and barely noticed the muzzle blast....
Thats what the 6.5's are really all about.....
but, no "mysterious" exotic killing power..... Just realistic, dependable performance...
I do eventually intend to try some 120gr and 140gr Sierra's.... But, I've got a 10+yr supply of bullets already on hand....May not ever get around to them...
