Sorry, you asked about the VMax and all I did was offer something else. After hearing so many reports of inaccuracies with the 110 VMax, I skipped it and have not attempted any loads. It isn't any cheaper or more common than other bullets that have gotten better reputations. There is a good bit of info at 68forums.com that might help too.
The SST is too new to have a lot of data available. Handload reports that I have seen thus far have been good, but I still have to try my own.
Most published 6.8 load data is for the standard chamber (much like .223 rem). The SPC II chamber will let you load a little more aggressively (much like 5.56 NATO), but don't get carried away and always keep a close eye on your brass for signs of pressure as you work up. I believe Barnes has included SPC II data in their most recent edition too.
