A good rule of thumb for any mechanical device is:
If it moves, lube it.
Specifically on your revolver:
The cylinder crane where it pivots in the frame, the ejector rod inside & out, & ejector star or ratchet, and a drop on the hammer, trigger, bolt, and hand where they enter the frame.
Not much oil however. Just a tiny drop in each location.
Too much is about as bad as not enough, as it collects dirt & belly button lint.
