I don't think you can.

You can buy a whole new red ramp sight from S&W, but not the red insert.

Or there are casting resins you can buy to put it in wet and let it cure to hardness.

That would prolly be your best bet.

The ramp front sight on the -4 models aren't pinned in, so replacing the whole front sight would be a pain.
