Could someone please tell me the velocity using
7mm-08
35 gr RL-15
120 gr seirra 120 pro hunter {1900}
CCI 200 primer
Model 7
20" barrel
For my two kids to deer hunt with min,recoil and still do the job. Will this combo work for deer and low recoil ?

Since you said "please".....

This is what my Powley simulator predicts. Actual velocity may be a little higher, not more than 100 fps, so it won’t really effect anything.

Recoil energy is light, 6.9 ft-lbs. About ½ to 1/3 a typical .30-06 hunting load. Should be easy on the kids, but it will still have some kick. For a little one, they won’t know it’s a “light” load. All the predictors (Taylor KO, OGW, Hatcher, ME, Thorniley) say it’s a good load for deer sized game animals.

I’d recommend a 200 yard zero. 3.3” high at 100. 1.8” high at 50. 5.3” low at 250. I’d hold off shooting past 250 yds. Based on the OGW prediction, past that there’s not enough power for animals over 125 lbs in weight.

I assume it’s scoped. If not, just zero at 100 yds, because I doubt you’d let them shoot much further that that without a scope.

Kernel's velocity is within 100 FPS of QuickLoad's. Your recoil shows about 50% reduction from my 7-08 recipe of Hdy 154 SST over 45 gn H100V.
