Of course they do. In aftermarket barrels you can get about any caliber in any profile. Shilen, Shaw, Douglas, Krieger, lilja, Hart, and a bunch more will be happy to fill your bill. I have a friend that has a Model 70 7mag with a varmint barrel. It's accurate too.
Are you thinking of building a bench rifle? Bergar now has a barrel that will screw on like savage does so you can change caliber or up grade at home at home. I don't thing they have a full profile bull barrel to offer but they would be the only do it your self barrel out there with out smithy equipment.
