7mm mag powder

What I'm looking for is anyone who uses reloader 25 in there 7. I used 19 and switched to 22. My gun has a 26" barrrel and a 1-9.5 twist. Any suggestion?

What grain bullet do you plan to use? I recently purchased RL-25 for use in my 7mm RM but haven't had a chance to load it yet. I have spoken with quite a few individuals that loved it for 160g and heavier bullets in various forms of the big 7's (7mm Rem. Mag, 7mm Super Mashburn, 7mm Dakota, 7mm STW, 7mm Weatherby, etc).

In the 7mm RM RL-22 is a great powder up to 160g as well.

I use 154 sst now but was looking at the 168 bergers or the 160 barnes

i run rl-25 and 162 hornady. works well.

IMR 7828 SSC is another popular powder in 7mm RM for 160g+ bullets.

I use R22 for 120gr to 162gr and love it. I tried R25 with 168SMK with okay results. Accuracy and velocity was mediocre compared to the R22 loads.

IMR 7828 worked well in my 7mm Mag with heavy bullets. I think Reloader 22 & 25 would too.

I choose H4831, have tried R22 but 4831 was better for my rifle.

Check the Speer Manual
