7mm Rem Mag resizing issue

I have had to use a full length collet sizer die 3 times when using belted magnum brass (7mm Mag x2, and 375 HH.)
The cases would not chamber easily in the same or other rifles after full lengt sizing using standard dies (RCBS)
The problem was full length sizing dies were not sizing low enough down the case (because of the belt?)

This tool solved it. https://www.larrywillis.com/

I dought that your chamber is out of spec. But the only way to know for sure is have the head space checked using Go/N0-Go gauges. Normally on the Rem 7mm Mag you burn the throats out if you shoot it a lot.

What lube were you using? When I run in to a hard to size brass, I back out and apply more lube. I use Imperial Sizing wax which is a thin film. If your using a Lanalon mix I consider it a thick film. Both work but the Wax is not near as messy.

I size my belted cases just like a non-belted. This is how I keep from over sizing.
