I load and shoot the 380 cal. and have on have a extra box of Missouri bullets
95 gr. R.N.
I wonder can these be used in the 9MM case?

Yes!
I have bought ".380" bullets just to play with in 9mm.
I loaded up some MBC 95s for "mouse farts" with 3.7 gr of Promo. No function issues in my full size Springfield 1911 9mm or in my Springfield XD subcompact.
Off the top of my head I think these were about 1100 fps.
Almost felt like shooting a 22. Hardly any muzzle rise in my 1911. :)
(I imagine the same charge of Titegroup/Bullseye would be quite light as well)
Of course if you load them light and get FTEs make sure you don't leave a bullet stuck in the barrel. (not an issue with 3.7 promo)
Also loaded up some a little hotter as well.

I have loaded 100gr RNFP with CFE pistol at about 1320 ish fps which shot really well. (not mouse farts)

All you need to decide is fast or slow or in the middle., Have at it!
I think you will have fun with them.

Yes, I have a large box of them, make sure the neck tension is tight as there is not much of the bullet in the case.
