95 gr SMK in 243 OAL

I bought the latest Sierra loading manual and they forgot this bullet, so I wrote them an email asking for OAL. Today I received a reply of 2.660. Does that sound right to you guys? Seems short to me.
 
Why wouldn't you just seat the bullet out as far as you can? lower peak pressure, less jump, its win-win.
 
You're probably going to get your best groups with the bullet .010" or less off the lands, but they may not fit in the magazine.
 
That dimension should be close, as Hodgdon is showing 2.650" for the Speer 100gr BTSP.
COAL is not etched in stone and allows you to adjust to suit your magazine or personal preference off the lands as owen mentioned.
