Just wanted to let everyone know that Wallyworld (at least my local one)
has Federal 9mm 115gr round nose ammo for $10.49/50 rd box.

That's the cheapest I've seen it in quite a while.

been that price for about 2+ years now at all the chinamarts i've been too.

Same here. I've never seen 100 packs of Federal for $19 though (never seen them at any price). The only 100 packs I've seen have been WWB at $23 and Remington for just a bit more, so 2 50rnd boxes of Federal has still been cheaper.

My wally doesn't have 100 packs of 9mm.

The only 100 packs they had were WWB 45 acp, & those were $35.97.
Fed 45s were $16.97, so 2 of those were $1 cheaper than the WWB.

Oh sorry i'm mistaken- i was thinking of WWB. Both Walmarts in Abilene have 100rd boxes of 9mm WWB for $19. Stupid 45 ACP is $32/100.

the bigger deal, IMO, is my Academy has FGMM 168gr .308 for $24 :)
How's that for some quick "on the way to the range" ammo.

Mine have (there are three of them in my city) the 50s for about that price, but not the hundreds. Incidentally, they do frequently get hundred-counters on both .357 Magnum (WWB 125-gr, JHP) and the Remington UMC 380ACP (88-gr JHP.)

For whatever reason, the Milwaukee area WM's only seem to carry WWB in 100 round boxes for around $24.

last week dicks had wwb buy one get one half off, I got all excited and ready to stock up until I saw the price 49.99 for 100rd of 45. its only 34.00 at walmart so its still cheaper there. our walmarts also have tulammo 9mm for 9.00 and 45 for 12.00. I shoot it some too.

Dick's sucks.

Their prices around here are usually outrageous and make Cabelas look like a bargain. The one near me doesn't even carry centerfire ammo (even though they sell centerfire rifles).

I get 250 packs of Remington UMC for $48. Sometimes it's nice having a spouse that works retail........sometimes.

I tried the Tula 9mm, first and only time(s) my PX-4 jammed. WWB is always a good buy, although the 100 round .40 recently went up here.

Local walmart here in SWFL just raised their price to 11.97 for a box of federal 9mm. 2 weeks ago it was 10.97.

Oh sorry i'm mistaken- i was thinking of WWB. Both Walmarts in Abilene have 100rd boxes of 9mm WWB for $19. Stupid 45 ACP is $32/100.

???

I have never seen WWB 100 round box for $19.00 in years...

It's been $23.97 for quite awhile.

Federal is still 10.97. Tula is 9.95...

WWB .45 is close to $36.00 per 100....

How is Walmarts computers coming up with that price in Abilene?

i dont know, but i promise you Abilene, TX's walmarts sell WWB 115gr 9mm for $19/100 before tax. 45 is $32.
This is better than any price i can find online, and i'm happy about it. They are normally sold out of 45 and low on 9mm.

Yep, $10.47 a box here at Wally in Milpitas, California. I try to buy 2 boxes a week, whether I go to the range or not. There's is no store local, or online really that's any cheaper for Federal ball ammo. I have not had a failure of any kind with over 800 rds. of this ammo through a new Glock 34.

At the 3 wal-marts near me( Concord x2, Kannapolis NC)

Tula is $9.47 a box
Champion is $10.47 a box

I don't really keep an eye on any of the other ammo prices, as these are the cheapest. I use the Tula in my G-19 and the champion in my PF-9.

Just went to my local wally world and got:

Tula 9mm 50rds - $9.47
Tula 45acp 50rds - $14.97
Tula .223 20rds - $4.97

We'll see how it shoots tonight, but if it works I will go back and buy more! They had quite a stock of all calibers which was surprising.
