Hi, I have a question. It may or may not be stupid. Bear with me.
I recently stumbled upon the ddles or double diamonds law enforcement supply. They have a dedicated 9mm Uzi mag lower, the mag well is smaller, so, I think it looks better.
Being that a 9mm Uzi mag has the same outside dimensions of a .45 acp grease gun mag, could you use the ddles lower and have a .45 acp upper?
I am not familiar with these lowers or the parts they take. If the bolts are ramped could the same lower parts be used and a standard hammer? Do .45acp bolts need to be ramped like a 9mm if using a standard hammer?
The ddles has a nitride feed ramp and a self centered ejector for use with a 9mm. Will these work with a .45 acp?
What about the dedicated cmmg lower?
