I have a few questions about these two rounds. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

1.) What are the pressure ratings for 9mm +p, +p+, and .357sig?

2.) Is there a significant performance difference between overpressure 9mm and .357sig?

3.) How long would a 9mm pistol last if it used +p or +p+ compared to a .357sig pistol?

standard pressure 9mm is 35,000psi,+p is 37,500. no saami specification for +p+ it could be 37,550psi or it could be as high as 42,000psi or more.

357sig max pressure is 40,000psi.

357 SIG solved the problem the 40 S&W had already solved; better performance than 9x19 but better capacity for size than 45 ACP. I personally like the 40 S&Ws balance of penetration and bullet weight. Some like the deep penetration of the 357 SIG. The 357 SIG is a better performer than 9x19, but I wouldn't feel underarmed carrying a 9. I prefer the 40 S&W over the 40 S&W necked down to 9mm - AKA 357 SIG.

Do you mean velocity-wise? Or terminal ballistics?

Among the top performers in each caliber, there isn't much difference between 9mm, 357SIG, 40S&W and 45acp with regard to terminal ballistics except: a) size of hole, and b) intermediate barrier penetration. You will find rounds in all of these calibers that both penetrate sufficiently and expand reliably.
