I recently picked up a Taurus 856 with the concealed hammer, and was going to do some dry fire practice the other week. When I went to load in the maroon A-Zoom snap caps, I noticed that one of the center "cushions" was stuck down inside the body of the snap cap and wouldn't spring back up. This, of course, renders that one no better than an empty chamber. The other 5 are still good to go, by the way...

I did not have much use on these particular A-Zooms (likely less than 1000 hits), so I contacted them via the form on Lyman's website. Within 24 hours, I had received a reply that they'd take care of it, and were sorry it had given me trouble.

Fast forward to today, and I got a brand new pack of six in my mailbox! Talk about great customer service, and a great product. My hats off to Lyman customer service for going above and beyond!

Might have to go out and buy something else from their product suite as a way of saying thanks!

Also had good experience with Lyman’s CS. Replaced some primer trays that would let the primers turn sideways. No charge. Very friendly.
