A different ar build question

I know build threads pop up everywhere. My question is what parts would you use for a cmp match ar? Let's do two builds, one with a $1500 budget and one with no price limit. Thoughts? I was thiniking of using an rra float tube, rra nm sights, rra trigger, a2 upper, a2 stock, white oak barrel and generic parts for the rest.

no real reason to do a build that i can see... buy a complete RRA or DPMS NM, then get it rebarreled with a better barrel after a couple seasons. also, you might want to add the windage adjustable front sight and pinned rear sight, and trigger of your choice.

if you really want to build one, my advice would be to go to camp perry during CMP week (end of july, first of august) and scour vendor row for deals on all the parts. any of the brands for sale up there would be suitable for CMP competition.

edit: as an example, i bought four cosmetic blemished colt m4-marked upper receivers for $50 ea last year at perry. got a heckuva deal on charging handles and some other stuff.
