A few great .22 bolt action rifles...

The CZ 452 FS and Lux have Mauser battlesight style sliding tangent rears...which are regulated for POI using standard velocity ammo. Zero at 50yd, and just dial in (slide in, rather) your range after that; the bullets will go where the sights tell you they will.

I have a CZ 452 FS. I'm a pretty crappy shot, but I've cloverleafed several times at 50yd, using the plain ironsights. (I'm thinking about painting the front sight orange...but I'm lazy.)

I wish CZ would take that tangent rear (marked 1-2-3-4... instead of with ranges, for obvious reasons) and put it on their 527 and 550 rifles. :(

Don`t quote me but I believe the Brno name was used during Chech goverment ownership of the company. The name changed when they went public after the coldwar. Ask this on the CZ board at www.rimfirecentral.com One of those boys will know the story for sure.

I would pick the Winchester Wildcat (although I have a CBC Mod 122, Remington 511 clone). It strikes my fancy (maybe because I have a Mosin Nagant 91-30:D ) and I am about to make a call to my addiction er.... gun dealer to see if he can get me one:D .
