I was at a gun show on the wester slope in Colorado near Durango. I was setting up demo pistols and just advertising services. I have an XD that I have midly customized set up to show what could be done to them. There were a couple of gentleman that tried the trigger and then the grip with the grip reduction and stippling and were impressed with the improved feel of the firearm. Couple of hours later, they had the stippling done on their pistols and the trigger job done. Were they happy?:what: To say the least. They have since shot them at the local IDPA shoots and have both had improved scores and questions on where to get the work done. Anyway, here they are with 4 lb crisp triggers and enough grippiness to please anyone. The black turns out a lot nicer than the earthtone I did on mine.

that's nice. how long did it take you to do the grip and trigger. did you measure your trigger pull lbs before you took it to 4lbs. also, how do you like the 4inch vs 5inch. do you see improved accuracy and less recoil in the 5inch. i'm thinking about getting the 9mm in the 5 inch and the sub compact in 9. any insight would be great.

If we could convince Springfield to make an XD 10mm, that would be a great wilderness defense gun.

Nice job man, the pictures are great.
