A PPK?

You know, you're right. It looks like a pistol in that right hand box.

I missed it the first time too. At first glance it really looks like just a pistol in the box on the left and maybe accessories or something on the right. I had to zoom in on my phone to be able to see the PPK.

Of it is the one on the right, I'm thinking its the current zinc Umerax PPK/s. and, it's overpriced.

If it is one of the Zamak junk guns it would be overpriced at $1. People say China makes junk but so do other countries, the difference is the price people pay for pot metal if it's not squirted into a die in China. Paying way too much for it will not increase it's value. :p

You know, everyone forgets that between the Beretta .25ACP and the Walther PPk in .32 ACP that Bond was issued a ".38 revolver" that he commented was ineffective against flame thrower equipped armored half tracks. He also during the time he had the Beretta .25 had a "Colt .45" revolver concealed under the dash on the steering column of his 1932 blower Bently.

Better one of the Erma/Iver Johnson zinc .22 faux PPk than none at all, in my book. Glad I live in a country that I can have a zinc low round count gun the size of a PPk if that is what I want and can afford.

It actually looks more like a PPK/S than the PPK in the box on the right. Something like the one that Walther lists here...http://www.waltherarms.com/handguns/ppk/

At any rate I wouldn't buy anything from the gentleman if that's all he can show you in terms of a pic.

In the book, and the movie, Dr. No, Bond's Beretta in .25 acp is replaced by a Walther PPK in 32 acp and a S&W Centennial 5 shot J frame revolver in 38 Special. Bond loses the Centennial in the fight with the flame throwing tank. He also lost the PPK. M replaces it for him at the end of the book.
