So a few months ago I completed my PSA-10. It's all PSA parts except for the brake.

Here are the ski numbers for the parts I ordered.

Complete upper. 7782705
Lower parts kit. 503563
The blem lower that I ordered a year ago seems to have a different sku.

Keep in mind that this is only the second rifle I have put together.

I ordered the lower over a year ago and for the life of me I can't find the blem. It looks good and so far functions fine. PSA also states in the product description that their blem lowers are fully functional. The blem has nothing to do with its ability to function. And so far that has been my experience.

The lower parts kit is adequate and that's about it. For the most part everything works. The kit comes with a Mag Pull grip and just like all the other reviews on the web site mine was also missing the end cap.

Some of the springs also seemed to be out of spec. Detention springs were quite a bit longer than needed I thought. And the spring for the mag release button was a bit bigger diameter than than the hole and the mag release button. The springs all worked, but in my opinion they made instal harder than it needed to be.

The trigger as you would guess was pretty crappy. They do offer a polished fire control group that has good reviews. I opted to go with a trigger job by my local smith instead of buying their polished trigger for two reasons. Their polished trigger does not lighten the trigger pull, it just makes it smoother. I wanted a lightened trigger in addition to getting it smoother. My smith got the trigger down to 3.5 pounds. I am quite happy with it now.

The barreled upper looked good when it showed up. It mated to the lower perfectly. Every thing looks good.

After reading multiple threads on this forum and several others, I was a little nervous about this rifle functioning and being accurate. However I am some where around 200 rounds into it and so far it has functioned perfectly. The only other thing than the springs and the trigger so far has been some abuse to the brass. There were some deep scratches to the brass after ejection. I tried cleaning the chamber and fees ramps, but it continued. So while the smith was installing the brake and taking care of the trigger, I had him polish the chamber and feed ramps. Now except for to bolt and ejector marks the brass looks good. I don't think the ejector and brass marks are pressure issues as it does it randomly and inconsistently. Both on my hand loads and the Federal factory ammo I tried.

I tried some Federal Gold Medal Match and the results were ok, I think some of the results are because of the shooter. But it held just over an inch at 100 yards.

My hand loads however held just under an inch at 100 yards. Not to be fair to the factory ammo, my shooting set up is less than ideal. I am kneeling at a plastic folding table with only a cheap bipod under the front of it.

Here are some pictures of the groups and the rifle

Nice build! And being PSA, a good price no doubt. Looks like it's going to serve you well. I have its lookalike little brother in Boise. 5.56 PSA upper with 16" barrel and 11" PSA KeyMod rail, MOE grip, 10 round PMAG, CTR stock, all black like yours. Gotta love PSA! (My 308 AR is an ArmaLite AR-10A with lots of Magpul.)

I was just under 1k for the rifle. If you count the trigger job and brake I go over the 1k mark. My smith did not charge me for the chamber polish.
