I'm really impressed with AA # 9 and Blue Dot for my 10 MM Delta Elite. I was shooting 200 gr XTP's today and found loads in both powders that gave me sub 2MOA groups off the bench at 15 yds. Didn't have time to try 25 yds. My AA#9 load is well below published max loads at 12.5 gr with a CCI 350 primer and its seated at 1.260. My Blue Dot load on the other hand is above published max loads and was worked up to in .2 gr increments. The group kept shrinking until I got to the load I settled on. Careful inspection of the new Starline brass showed no pressure signs other than on the last load I tried, I was seeing some flatend primers. Not terrible but getting flat none the less. I'll take my chrony tomorrow and see what velocities I get. A very well respected ( I'm told) and knowledgeable 10mm shooter, and owner of an ammo company helped me work up the load. I do believe it will be in the 1250 fps range. (faster according to him) It was stout, but accurate. Not something I'd shoot everyday, but I sure would feel good toting it in the woods.
