about the fee for gun transfer

I always call my LGS and buy from them if the price is close to the online price, shipping and their usual $20 fee, if not they only charge me $10 since I have a carry permit

FFL dealer makes transfer ( private sales) ,normally they will charge about $50 + $10 check background ,this fee buyer should pay or seller only pay a little, right? but how much the police barracks do transfer?

Thanks.
Dad and I charge 20 bucks for transfers. We don't charge for background checks though. Also, you can go to palmetto state armorys website and you can look up FFLs near you and their pricing.

I'm not clear on why anyone has to pay any fee for the transfer of a firearm.

I'm also not clear why dealers in firearms have to have federal licenses.

Doesn't the very highest law of the land, incorporated to the several States, prohibit that kind of thing in plain English?

a unnamed rich neighborhood shop here charges $80 a trasfer. There guns are also 25% over retail.

Another shop here is $30 if noticed of a trasfer. and FTF transfer. If you don’t let them know via email. $50

Yikes!!!! They would be not getting any of my business lol. Perks of having your own FFL lol.

Gun Sales to the rich is a whole different ball game! The rich don’t have alot of time and pay for convenience
Huh, interesting. There's a shop like that in north OKC and it's apparently very high priced. My friend lives in Edmond and got a new P365 Macro X from them and it cost 900 bucks! Lol. We can get the same gun but with the added bonus of coming with a Sig red dot for only like 697 plus shipping from Davidsons Distributing.

Because the ATF will shoot your dog if you don't comply with their arbitrary BS rules. Sorry but I'm not going to just use the 2nd amendment as my defense in my Federal court case. That will easily be defeated by the snazzy ATF lawyers.

Who are on salary, as opposed to your guy, who is paid by the hour.

By you.

And who have strategy meetings Tuesdays and Thursdays to get advice and kick around ideas to squash you and your attorney.

And who all know the Judge's kids by their first names.
