Accuracy difference between actions?

I was wondering if there is a general difference in accuracy between bolt, lever, and semi-auto actions in rifles.

I was under the impresson that the bolt action is most preferred for long range work.

There are semi-autos with 1/2 MOA accuracy. Generally bolt action is superior because it combines accuracy with reliability and low maintenance. Super accurate semi-autos can be finicky and unpredictable in bad climates.
