Let's leave the drama at the door regarding pro or con accu trigger arguments. This thread is about showing pics of and listing what you have into your customized savage/Stevens rifles

Krochus... you really like these Stevens 200's... what's your next project??? LOL

I have had an idea in mind for some time now... take a .270win or 30-06spr and put a pac-nor .280 rem 1:9.5 twist barrel on it, then find a nice model 114 type walnut stock for it... of course, then I'd ahve to add the Rifle BasX trigger and a real nice Leupold 4-12x40 scope... :)

:)

An actual savage this time, A factory wood stocked 111 that'll probably end up with a heavy or magnum contour 243 bbl. Sort of a long range deer hunting pseudo varmint target rig that leans more towards the hunting side of things

what is the point of the 12 lb bolt knob? does your rifle recoil to the left now since the center of mass is an inch right of the action? :)

It looks cool, no other reason

it does look cool.

what would be even cooler though, i have to say, were i predisposed to a v6 4x4 portable shooting rest, is mounting a sinclair rest to the front instead of using that caldwell bag. :)

NO NO NO all wrong:D

EVERYBODY knows that until todays sorry excuse that Wranglers have always used Inline engines, a 4.0 if you're blessed

Actually do I have a shooting bench that slides into the receiver hitch out back

I just try not to be one of those people who attempt to take a pic of a cool gun in the darkest corner of their kitchen with the lights out and then ask how their rifle looks? As if you could tell. I wolud have gone for direct sunlight but it was raining like pouring .................. boot that day

POST MORE PICS

Savage 110FP
.308 Win
Bell & Carlson stock
Bushnell Elite 3200 10x mil dot scope
6-9" bipod
Tactical bolt handle

Shoots 3 shots touching with the standard, pre-accutrigger trigger. I'm about to put a SharpShooterSupply competition trigger in it.

My first rifle and I love it.

I'll have to dig for a picture, but I have a ...

Savage 10FP (.308, 24") w/Accutrigger
Choate Ultimate Varmint Stock
TPS rings
Ken Farrell 15MOA 1-piece base
Bushnell Elite 3200 10x40 mil-dot

It shoots well as-is, but it is going in soon for a tactical bolt handle, action job and a barrel chop (20-22") and thread for some sort of muzzle brake/flash hider/suppressor mount.
