Adjustable Gas Block

Is anybody making an adjustable AR gas block aside from JP and Noveske? Ideally something like the Adams Arms block(minus the piston) with several settings that can be easily changed between, primarily for use with and without a suppressor.

MGI makes an adjustable gas tube that may do what you are looking for. PRI also makes an adjustable gas block.

Thanks for the suggestions. However i'm looking for something that can be adjusted easily in the field with out the need for an allen wrench or any other tool and that has a finite number of settings.
