Does anyone make after market adjustable sights for a Smith 2213? Thanks for any help.

LPA makes an adjustable rear sight that will work on the 2213.
The front sight on that subcompact will be way too short though and you will have to find a 'smith who is willing to cut a dovetail for a taller front.
Another front sight option is to mill off the original sight, drill a post hole, and silver solder a 1911 national match type post front sight in place and then file to correct height for poa/poi with the LPA adjustable rear. HTH
