If your EOTech is zeroed, here is what you do. . .
Turn on the EOTech, and flip up your iron sights (use the small aperture if you have two). Preferably with the use of a mechanical rest for the rifle (bench rest, cardboard box with V-notches cut in it, etc.), adjust the iron sights so that the dot of the EOTech reticle is on the center of the top of the front sight post (elevation), and the rear aperture (windage) is centered on the front sight post and dot. IMPORTANT- do not touch the EOTech zero. Adjust only the iron sights to bring them in line with the EOTech's zero.
This is the reverse of the "lolly pop" method of zeroing reflex optics.
If you don't have enough windage in your rear sight to zero your irons, then you probably do have a canted front sight base. There are ways to correct it (within limitations), but you should have a gunsmith handle it if you don't know what you're doing. If your rifle is still in warranty, a canted front sight base is reason to return it to the manufacturer.
