All the touchy feely stuff and humor aside, fear of an inanimate object DOES seem like a disorder of some sort to me.

Behavioral psychologists are the guys that train rats, not the touchy feely one.

Behavioral phsychologists look at the human mind as a black box. The only things that can be measured are inputs and outputs. How you feel about your mother is pointless, when your problem is fear of flying.

They have ben extraordinarly successful with dealing with phobias.
