advice for slung over bag/storage mags, etc @ gun range

I was looking for a bag, slung over like a bandolier for using at the range to store/hold mags/shotgun shells and whatever else.

I saw those surplus finnish gas mask bags with gas mask and people loved the bags. I looked at them closely and it does not look like you could carry like a strap.

I hope this is in the right forum . It is a bag for shooting at range. I saw a guy with it once and he put his m1911 mags in the bag.
