Hi all. Just purchased a 2nd hand Tikka Tact A1 in 6.5 Creedmoor whilst out looking for a PRC.... I was told it had a very low shot count as it was too heavy for a lady shooter. the rifle does seem in excellent condition. I stuck the borescope in to have a look but have no experience deciphering what I'm looking at. I inspected mainly the throat. To me it seems good, no signs of burning wear or pitting. And not much copper fouling the entire way through. Could anybody with experience corroborate my thoughts? Thanks in advance

Shoot it and see how it groups.
This.

Things that look good sometimes shoot bad, things that look bad sometimes shoot good. Sometimes the gun is willing but the shooter can't manage it.

No one on earth can predict how it's going to shoot . Impossible .

Post a range report .

It is FULL of powder fouling and carbon. It needs a good cleaning.

This is what it should look like after….
