Can anyone please tell me where I can find some reliable, high quality after market magazines for a Colt 1903 Hammerless .32acp. Thanks.

Triple K , KKK, makes them. Not much good said about them though.
Triple K is the only source for new ones I know of. I have 3 and they perform as advertized in my Colt 1903 Hammerless .32acp made in 1913. Gun shows are a good source but look them over, these are pricey and tend to show a lot of wear! 
Gun Parts Corp. (www.gunpartscorp.com) shows them at $26 in my year old catalog. I don't know who makes theirs, but with any after market magazine, you take your chances.
Originals are not rare; Colt made a lot of those guns and a whole lot of magazines. You can often find originals at the gun shows for $50-60 for blue, $75-80 for the two-tone. Note that the early Colt .32 mags are unmarked; they only started putting the caliber on them when the .380 came out.

Gun Parts subcontracts directly with Triple K for aftermarket magazines.
If you see the word "Replacement" in the catalog it means they are Triple K magazines.
Gun Parts usually has some original magazines on hand for most guns.
They are of course used and priced higher than aftermarket.
I personally always request original magazines when ordering them from Gun Parts.
As the other posters have stated, original Model M magazines are not terribly rare and you should locate some with a bit of searching.
There are three basic styles and if you aren't looking for 'correct as issued', try to buy the later magazines.
These are better overall in quality and less prone to cracking than the early magazines.
You can identify late magazines by the two dimples on the bottom sides that hold the floorplate in place.
These magazine also have an even blue finish.
Earlier magazines have a two tone finish, lighter in color at the top of the magazine around the feed lip area.
$30.-- to $40.00 used average and $50.00-$75.00 for very good to like new.
New in package magazines run $90.00 to $125.00

I picked one of these up a couple of years ago from SG for my 1908. They are new made. Manufacture wasn't identified. So far it's worked fine, no problems.
