Okay, so I've got an old Sears Ted Williams 200 (the Winchester one). It was bought new in 78 or 79. It was my dad's. The wood forend has a crack in it. I'm trying to buy an aftermarket stock and forend. I'm not terribly particular about how it looks afterwards, I just need functionality. I know that I can probably buy a used set from numrich or from gun broker, but I"m trying to find a new aftermarket set. The problem is this: this gun is in all actuality a Winchester 1200, but a winchester 1200 is angled where the stock meets the receiver, whereas the Sears TW 200 is straight. I know that most parts are interchangeable between the two guns, but obviously the stocks are not completely interchangeable. I've found an ATI stock that looks like it might work, but just checking to see if anyone else has tried this.
