Mini shells have a problem with tumbling about which causes jams. They don't have the length to keep them centered in the receiver during feeding. For the Mossberg 500 series guns, a company called OPSol makes their "mini clip" which solves this problem. I have one on my 590 Shockwave:
NSI 2&1/4" buck is the best of short case lot. The Cabela's Herter line is cheaper w/ same ballistics but due to different crimp type loaded shell is longer defeating its purpose.
Fwiw, many people have found it not entirely straightforward to get 2 3/4" shells to feed properly in the Armscor Model 5.
The M5 seems to take a number of features from the Mossberg 500. If you can feed 2 3/4" shells without problem, the Mossberg mini clip device may work in the M5. Worth an internet search and call to Pahrump.
I don't know about the Armscor M5. When I was a teen I worked at Roberts' Shooting Park in Elkhorn NE setting/pulling trap/skeet. Many opportunities to collect once-fired Federal 2-3/4" paper shells that no one wanted. The Federals had a low base height (same as the win AA's). The Rem hulls had a high base height. I used the short plastic Rem one-piece wads in the Federal paper cut-down hulls and came up with just about the same thing using 1-1/8 ounce shot. It allowed me to load an extra round for hunting. Never had a problem with them in a Rem 870. If one cannot hit birds with trap/skeet loads, one does not know how to shoot within range.
