Aimpoint Lens Covers

Hey I just got an aimpoint compc3. It's the cheap one that comes without the lens covers. I ordered some aimpoint lens covers and was able to put the rear one on. However, I need advice on how to get the front one on. It just appears to be way too tight to fit over the front of the "scope."

Advice please.

Try warming it up. Dip in a cup of hot water until it gets a little more flexable.
