Air gun experts please help

[1903A3]

I recently inherited an air gun that I know nothing about. My area is military arms and this is driving me nuts. It is a TELL model 63 in .22cal single pump. very heavy wood stock. About the same weight as my beloved 1903A3's. Nice but not great sights. Can anybody tell me about these. The only thing I know is a guy on gunbroker was selling one for $250

It is a spring-piston air rifle, not a pump.

The only thing I can tell you about it for sure is NEVER dry-fire it without a pellet. You will ruin the leather piston seal, if it isn't already ruined.

I believe they were made pre-WWII by a Swiss company.
