air rifle big game bullets and arrows

Hello im knew to this idea of air rifles and looking for where best place to gain some knowledge and any knowledge you may have to share. I want big game hunting air rifle and i have heard they have some aor rifle that shoot arrows/bolts too. Are they worth it how accurate. Also something im curious about is filling the tank I would like the option to hand pump fill as well use my air compressor if possible

Please give a place i can do some research and share your opinions or facts you know here. Feel free to message me if you have alot to say i love to chat and learn. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide

Umarex javelin, might be a good low cost starting point.

There are 2 Benjamin PCP big bore air rifles that shoot arrows. There are other bullet/arrow shooters too I'm just most familiar with the Benjamin products. The Benjamin Airbolt is only for shooting arrows there are some vids on U tube if interested. The Benjamin Bulldog .357 air rifle shoots pellets, bullets and arrows. I use mine for pellets and bullets only but again on Utube there are videos on the Bulldog shooting all 3. Air compressors have to be 4500 PSI capable. There are many under $500 out there. for more info check your favorite search engine, there is tons of info out there you just have to look.

This might sound off the wall but if you are new, really new to the world of airgunning, you might want to start a little smaller, say with a Sheridan or a springer to learn just what the idiosyncrasies of airguns are. Range is not like "real" guns, nor is power, even with the big bores.I
If you think you're going to buy a big air thumper and hunt just like with the old '06 you'll be disappointed. Think more along the line of bowhunting.
Apologies if I've made the wrong assumptions but I know several who were shocked to discover their crossbows didn't make them the equal of rifle hunters.
