If you funnel is made of plastic you maybe having a static problem. Static can make the real fine powder go different direction has if falls. I have started using these funnels, anodized Al. These have a lip that sits on the rim so powder can't set there. Not a chance of static impacting them, grounds to your case as soon as you set it on. Or use a PTX type in your powder dispenser.

I would get the spillage under control. While there are some other very good powders like 300MP and Lil Gun, I find H110 to be indispensable for heavy loads. 300MP is too new and there's not a whole lot of data using it. Lil Gun produces fantastic velocities but has been blamed for erosion. 2400 is good but not at the upper levels and heavy bullet data can be lacking.

The powder is leaking out of the powder drop after I remove the case, several grains (actual grains, not a weight measure) fall out. I use a Lee auto-drum powder measure and if I were to guess the fine granules of 296 are sitting on the mouth of the case and fall out when the case exit’s the die. Probably not a big deal to most people but, I usually load 750 - 1,000 rounds at a time and the spilt powder really starts accumulating after a while. Thanks all for the recommendations and I will look into all the options listed and decide which one to try next. Thanks again
I once had same problem of leaking powder, but mine was caused by removing case to soon from my Lyman 55. I slowed up and problem went away.
