I would assume that "Are we done here?" or "Is there anything else I can help you with?" would be the functional equivalent to "Am I free to go?" when you don't actually want to leave the scene.
I like a good Jackbooted Thug (JBT) thread as much as anybody. But I don't see it here. The supposed encounter is way too contrived. Find an example where something like this actually happened and it might be worth discussing.
It's probably, among other things:
Disorderly conduct
Harassment
[Possibly] Menacing
[Possibly] Trespassing, depending upon whether he's asked to leave.
A cop who's not unlawfully bothering anyone should be left alone, just as you should.
I'll bet you're disappointed by that answer...

Of course before it was documented and you couldn't deny it, you'd have said THAT wasn't "probable", and before that, stomping on a barmaid's head wasn't "probable", and before that, that a home invasion ring operating inside a police department and ignored by IAD wouldn't have been "probable". Yet, you claim that something FAR less extreme is far LESS "probable".What's probable about it is that it actually happened.
