Here are the additional pictures you requested. The main residue being located around the neck area of the casings underscore the idea that they were used before since that's where the powder residue from firing would build up the most. That's my theory anyway. These pictures are of the American Eagle ammo next to Ultramax Remanufactured ammo for comparison.

Just looks like non polished brass to me. The discoloring around the neck is from the annealing.

Yep. 100% normal, new production brass and ammo manufactured at Lake City. Like I said, stop worrying and just shoot the ammo.
