Ammo Buying Advice

I am going to buy a significant amount of brass .223 ammo pretty soon. I get 25% at Academy through a friend for two weeks before he quits. (6.60 per box w/ discount) There is a gun show in town at the end of April. Having never been to a gun show I don't know what to expect for prices.

Would it be better to wait for the gun show or buy now at Academy with the discount?

You won't find brass-cased ammo at a gun show that cheap (not in the last year or two). Get it from Academy.

FYI, I bought 500 rds of bulk rem FMJ at the local gunshow yesterday 3/30/08 for $160. Most dealers were asking $175+
