VERY Well used Mixed brass Win 231, 230 grain truncated cone flat point bullet.

Average 796 FPS

There results are every bit as good as I get with mixed brass loads on a single stage hand weighing all the charges.

I am very pleased with my Dillons.

Consistancy comes from using quality equipment and using it the exact same way every single time. If one pull of the press handle is rapid and the next is painfully slow, consistancy will suffer. Unless you are loading for precision rifle target shooting like bench rest, the ammo from a progressive press will be just as good as ammo off a single stage press.

When I tested a bunch of .45acp loads throught the Chrony WWB was the best and UMC was by far the worst. My reloads from a 550B matched the numbers of the Win. White Box almost exactly in fps and SD, with 5.6gr of W231 under a 230gr Bear Creek RN bullet.

This is why compettion shooters use Dillon machines almost exclusively.
