Ammo for hunters

and a lot of people would give a family all they could eat in game, beef or garden stuff.

Well, now, there ya go. :D It's similar in small town Texas. No gaurantees in the big cities, though. As to no hunting license? Don't run afoul of Texas game wardens. ROFLMAO! They have more power than the CIA and the FBI and the Sheriff and the gestapo and the KGB put together.

I like the idea, but yeah, MC is right... Hunting is what takes my money lol

In Alabama we have a program where hunters can turn whole animals (mostly deer and hogs) into participating processors. I'm not sure of the arrangements, but the meat from those animals are given to people in need.

I am not against giving a few rounds to someone that might need it. I'm not even against giving someone an animal that I harvested. I DO eat everything that I shoot, but my family is better off than some folks, and if it helps them get by, then I couldn't be happier.

If someone around here really needs some ammo, I'd be glad to give them some of what I've got. However, I suspect that anyone who is so broke he can't afford a few rounds of ammo to go hunting is too broke to go hunting, period. And yes. I've been that broke before. I stayed home.
