I stopped by my lgs and bought some fmj ammo today. My wife has a kel tec p32 so I picked up a box of Fiocchi range dynamics fmj. I noticed the headstamp on the case says 7.65mm I’m assuming this is the metric equivalent and it’s the same as 32 acp? Safe to use?

it will be a bit hotter, but not a lot more
Pretty sure the P32 is plus P rated. Not a SAAMI spec, but I think Kel Tec is just saying whatever factory ammo you can fit in the chamber will be safe to shoot.

The Europeans do a little bit better job with ammunition nomenclature than the US but not by much.

You kind of need a “Dance Card” to know which ammunition names are interchangeable.

Your question has been answered, you should be good to go. The Kel-Tec P-32 is a nice, small pistol and 32 ACP suits it well.

Beretta had some ridiculous restrictions on ammo for the Tomcat. It was never clear just what was forbidden, and perhaps they wanted to CYA if the Tom suffered a cracked slide.
For the OP, not a problem you have, so never mind. ;)

@AUhiker how did the Fiocchi Range Dynamics run in your wife's Kel Tec?
Sadly we haven’t had time to shoot it yet. We’ve both been busy with the thanksgiving holidays and birthdays. Then the past two weeks me and my wife both been under the weather. I went to the range today by myself after work. First time I’ve shot since buying the ammo, all I shot was my G48 today.

The Glock 48 is a new purchase?
How do you like it?

Yeah I just bought the 48 about a month ago. So far I’m loving it, shoots like a G19 but it conceals like a much smaller gun. For me it’s the perfect compromise between a full size gun and a micro compact. Put 50 rounds through it today varying between 7-25 yards.

The Glock 48 snd 43X have quickly become my favorites. The grip is juuuust right for my Joe-average sized mitts.

Nice to see you were able to get out and exercise your new 48 a bit.

Stay safe.
