As he says, not a big deal. I got a bottle of Ballistol, a water-soluble oil, and mixed some 9 parts water to 1 part oil. Take it to the range and when done shooting, get a patch damp and run it through, do that three times total. Use a damp patch to wipe the bolt face. Couple of dry patches then an oiled one, wipe the bolt face with that one. That will get out at least 90% of the salt traces that are the problem. Then do a normal cleaning at home.
Can sometimes find a can of old GI bore cleaner at gun shows, use it as above. Or can mix some sudsy ammonia 3 parts water/1 part ammonia, again use as above. Any of these will take care of it.
As to ordering ammo, depends on local law and the company policy. Lots of companies have websites(AIM surplus, SOG, etc.), check their requirements for purchase.
