Best deal on 8mm Mauser Ammo?

Looking to buy a large amount of 8mm mauser surplus ammo (probably about 2000-2500 rounds). Where do you guys buy bulk surplus ammo from? Century has the yugo stuff cheap, and they only charge 12.50 shipping per order, no matter what the weight, unless i'm missing something. Are there any other lesser known surplus sites that have good deals on 8mm?

Fire, I havnet been able to find how aimsurplus computes their shipping charges. I dont want to have to go through and process my whole order just to find out how they compute their charges. Do they have a chart or something, figure it out by weight/dollar amount, or do they have a flat charge?

That CIA $12.50 flat rate for 600 rounds is probably going to make it a better deal than anywhere else. I don't know how accurate that Yugo is, but I guess it depends on your uses as to whether it's adequate.

To calculate shipping on AIM, just go through the purchasing process until you see a shipping charge added onto your total. This will be before you need to enter credit-card info, so no worries.
That said, their shipping costs are a bit high going up here (western Washington state), but overall cheaper than Ammoman at least. I'll have to look into Century.

Another vote for Century. Once you factor in the $12.50 flat rate shipping (or the $0 if your order is over $500), they are tough to beat.

For just wanting lots of decent plinking 8mm the Century yugo is hard to beat. It's early 50's vintage but looks and shoots fine. Primers are hard, so if you have a few early misfires don't blame the ammo. Just replace the firing pin spring with a new one, or stretch them some. P.S. Century has the springs in stock too. Aim is great to do business with but buying 2500rds at a whack will probably be $50 or more for shipping. If you have a C&r on file with them then Century makes you an even better deal. I was getting Yugo 8mm for $.05/round shipped . Heck, if you reload the powder charge will run ya more than that.
