Anneal New (old) Brass?

I have 5 boxes of .225 Winchester brass. AFAIK it might be 30 years old from the look of the boxes.

I've heard of brass "age hardening". Plus, I've had many 225 cases' necks crack after only a couple of loads.

Wondering if it would be wise to anneal these new cases' necks before loading them?

Brass gets harder by working it, if you don't anneal it right you will make it worse.
