I do anodizing, but type II, not type III "hardcoat". I would charge $60 for a completely stripped receiver. I would charge the same for moly resin coating, which is probably a better choice; it can be difficult to get consistent anodic layer thickness and coloration without knowing the specific alloy, and that's further compounded with a used part that's been impregnated with all manner of contaminates over the years.
