Aluminum frame

I have a bare metal Caspian aluminum 1911 receiver.

I want to have it finished and am wondering what, if any, alternatives there are to hard anodizing aluminum.

Bare as in the original anodizing has been stripped?

I would think Duracoat should work or if you have the cash any of the finishes done by Robar. i refinished some AR mags with a teflon/moly product by Brownell"s and it comes in 6 different colors. Sprayed on 3 coats and oven cure looks pretty good to me and I have very poor luck with other types of spray paint/finishes.
