hi guys. sorry. no pictures today. tried new load again with imr 4198 but this time with a 63 grainer. even wore heavy safety glasses for this one lol! a lot of riflemen have said that this powder is awful for 55 grains and up so im testing to see how awful it really is. just think. im saving you a lot of time. groups were not real good but not bad either. groups were a failure on the shooters part. load shows promise. as soon as more time with this load is done, i'll post more info in case you want to try this load in your 5.56mm CHAMBERED RIFLE

AS PER SUGGESTION BELOW:

Thanks for sharing. I've been experimenting with H4198, which I've also heard is awful for 5.56 55+ and ARs. The LGS had it in stock, so I'll have some fun with it.

I've deformed more than a few necks on 223 brass trying to cut the long hard granules of 4198 with my powder dispenser, never will I buy it again.

using a dillon powder measure. thing doesnt like imr 4064, imr 4320 or now, the new H-4895. sorry it didnt work with your equipment but it sure is a good powder so far in 55 speer tnt, 60 sierra hp and now the 63 grain sierra sp bullet. i would be reducing the charge by at least .3 -.5 grain IF you are not using a friction reducing compound like moly, danzac or hbn as im afraid the pressure would be scary
