good shooting, keep it up dude,I'm a week or 2 away from adding my own photos to these threads.Gotta photo agenda ahead.
But really, besides shooting off the camera,I need to get some groups like those going on....now that is truely worthy of showing haha!
cheers
BTW,I have been on a bayonet buying spree lately to finally have them to go with my certain rifles....good lord those can get pricey themselves. Was looking at getting a nice 10' or 16" bayo for the WW2 Garand-03 era,but man I just have to pass on those for now.K31 accessories aren't cheap either even if the rifles are a bargain right now.And forget about a Finish M39 bayo...unless you are willing to settle for a repro or shell out serious doe for a real one.
Is it me or does that scoped G43 look like it's a little biased toward us lefties? It looks like a righty would have to tilt the weapon to use that scope properly.

The clamp on mount for a K-31 puts the scope in nearly the same position. The rifle needs to be tilted ever so slightly to bring it to alignment with the eye.
Its a natural fit for a right handed person, but I've had a lefthanded friend try to shoulder it and he said it was completely unworkable for him. Short rail mauser sniper mounts that are attached to the left side of the rifle always put the scope right above the bore. The only sniper rifle that I can think of that mounted the scope to the lef of the bore is the M1C and or the M1D, but they were fitted with a thick pad at the rifle's comb to move the head off the stock and to the left.
The charging handle on the left side of the rifle is also an advantage for right handed shooters. If you are shooting from sandbags or a bipod, you don't need to take your right hand away from stock to change a magazine or rack the bolt.
The onlything that might be annoying to a right handed shooter is the placement of the sling, though I can imagine it being equally annoying to a lefthanded shooter because of the buckle sticking out the other side.
