I have an antique shotgun that belonged to my father. It is a 16 gauge double barreled hammer (rabbit-eared) shotgun made in Belgium (I think). It has the following inscription stamped on the right barrel: "Amtlich Vierfach Geprueft U-Eingeschossen Mitstaerkster Ladung Rauchlossen Pulvers."

On the top, between the barrels (I think this is called the web) the words appear to be: Otto Lang Schweinfurt inlaid in gold (I wish) or brass (most likely).

My research on Google tells me that the first part (stamped on the barrel) means the gun was testfired four times with a smokeless powder charge.

Does anyone have information on Otto Lang Schweinfurt?

Your gun was made in Germany, not Belgium. Schweinfurt is a city in the Lower Franconia region of Bavaria in Germany.
Otto Lang is a commonly found shotgun. If you Google "Otto Lang Schweinfurt" you will get quite a few examples.

Underneath the barrels and on the action's water table will be a series of markings - some are proof marks, others are telling you the chamber length, bore diameter, choke constriction, etc.

Pics of those would be nice
